The Process
How a Full-Service Hog Roast Works
Arrive & Set Up
We arrive around 3 hours before service and set up in a 3m x 3m gazebo, which is where we cook and serve from.
The Slow Roast
The pig roasts low and slow for around 12 hours until the meat is tender and the crackling is golden and crisp.
Carved Fresh
Carved in front of your guests and served for up to 2 hours with baps, stuffing, salads and sauces.
We Clear Away
We pack down and leave your space tidy, so you can enjoy the rest of the day.
